PROJECT TIMELINE

Mandatory reporting implementation:

We ensured full compliance with all regulatory requirements by implementing mandatory reporting to central banks.

Authorization host analysis and certification:

We conducted detailed analytical work and successfully completed the certification processes with the VISA and Mastercard card schemes for connecting the new authorization host.

Migration of clearing and settlement processes:

We carried out the migration of clearing and settlement processes, ensuring certification and full compliance with the requirements of the VISA and Mastercard card associations.

Seamless merchant migration:

We successfully carried out comprehensive testing and merchant migration, including their e-commerce shops and POS terminals, from the original processor to the newly implemented solution. The goal was to minimize the impact on merchants’ day-to-day operations.

Architecture design and vendor integration:

We developed a tailor-made architecture and ensured the selection and integration of new vendors for international acquiring services in Hungary and Belgium. This allowed us to expand our presence in foreign markets and increase competitiveness.

The DOBITO team managed the complete migration of our acquiring solution within the ‘Picasso’ project to a new banking entity in 24 months. From certification with VISA and Mastercard to the seamless transition of our merchants, including e-shops and POS terminals, to a new card processor. Their expert architecture design enabled us to expand into the Hungarian and Belgian markets while meeting all regulatory requirements of the card associations and central banks.
